People often think mindfullness means to meditate or to do yoga. There are many different activities that can support to come into a calm state, manage stress F.e spend time in nature, reading, observe the sunrise, listen to calming music

·       who either works a lot or need a lot of time to restore, relax

·       Is tired at lunch, in the evening by the stressload from the day

·       Feels like it is just normal to feel stressed, to just deal with it

I used to belief that it was good to work hard

That it was good to constantly be buys working doing something.

That it was normal to have stress

 

I worked a lot

 prepare a lot for work yet still felt stressed

 

Until I started to learn that making breaks gives more time and not takes time away

That becoming calm can help get creative solutions

 

 

 

Now

I can get up in the morning be present and calm not worry about my day

During lunchbreak I can restore feel calm energised and ready for the afternoon

I can stay calm even in stressful situations

When I get into stress I have tools to instantly get out of stress ground and center myself.
